you have to do the really long side mission and at the end i think you get the scroll that gives you the ability to do that.

In third floor, you could pick the key from phantom. That way you would have extra key in floor 7

You need to find the defence book then go to the master or boss and speak with him he is in the east side of the sea map. good luck :)
