@pimakilledsuki they don't want to kill the dogs they just run out of room in shelters so they humanely euthanize those that have been the shelter longest. Also, the ASPCA doesn't kill that many animals- only ones who are not adoptable

This little dog is SO CUTE..... poor dog, This makes me mad. Duct Tape SERIOUSLY? If you hate your dog then take it to the shelter and she will find a good home! Why would you want your dog to suficate?
