I just don't get where and how to position my feet when rocking! Can anyone help pweeease? How should the feet be positioned at the different points of the rock? Help GREATLY appreciated =)

when you do those things how do u not break ya anckle, im doing an irish solo, but im trained in ballet, n im crap the them, i am like on the ball of my foot n i like rock on them. am i doing it wrong ?

Make sure to really really push those heels back in when you're doing your twists. You'll notice how your twists get a little serpentine when you speed them up. Thats because you're not getting your feet back into that crossed-turned out position. Faster, looser ankles will really make a huge difference in these twists. You rocks, though, are very nice. ANd don't forget turnout on your double-hops.
