i own a 2000 redbird TBS it has staintune 2/2 sounds really meaty goes great i have over 100,000 klms on it and it still pulls hard never been a problem handles like a dream.........Triumph really should kick themselves for not continuing this style of bike.
i have a 95 t bird with 66,453 miles on it. speed triple cams , barnett kevlar clutch , speed triple ignitor for the ignition, HPC ceramic coated headers and mufflers shot in black. took it all over. most recently 07 down to florida in the blistering heat and rain every afternoon. the bike never missed a beat. shes been every where from alberta washington BC idaho. nova scotia twice PEI and newfoundland. these are some of the best triumphs ever made in my opinion. they just beg to be ridden.
I love my 2000 Thunderbird. I've only had it for just over a month. Bought it with almost 40,000 miles! I'm having a little trouble with it in first and second gear. It has a sort of hiccup around 2000 rpm. It really bothers me too. Great vid. I don't ride that hard.....yet.
I had a Thunderbird for a few years. Absolutely peachy road bike. Not 'the best' bike in any way, but as a whole package, a very wonderful road bike. One day I am gonna get another one, second hand prices have stayed high. A classic, and a great bike.

I bought a used 2000 Adventurer with 4700 miles on it in part because of this video. Love the bike and the video.
