Perform exercise as per a normal concentric/eccentric heel raise exercise off a step. However, flex lumbar spine and use hands to support (in this case on a bin!).
Pressure exerted through the foot this way is usually about 75% compared to upright version but repetitions are considerably longer, less painful and better performed. Possibly reducing canal stenosis and therefore reducing neural faigue?
