Robert Rosenthal interview

Centre for Investigative Reporting executive director Robert Rosenthal was in Melbourne on Tuesday 20 September to deliver a public lecture on investigative journalism.

While he was in Melbourne, the legendary editor caught up with Monash University senior lecturer and Melbourne Press Club committee member Bill Birnbauer to talk about non-profit funding models for investigative journalism, his impressions of the media in Australia and the importance of investigative reporting.
