How to download embedded flash audio or video. This is my first video tutorial so don't be too mean. I'm not a native English speaker but i think you should be able to understand me properly.

You can download any file which is embedded in to a flash player. The webpages which I shown you were only examples, the possibilities are endless.

Awesome it worked! I wanted to use it for TruTV videos and it's great. Download the video as flv file then you just play with VLC player. Worked fine!
