  • isn't "time" a countable noun? I mean, I can count time... 1 hour, 2 hours, etc... I'm confused now :*/

  • @Elfavzla -- "Time" and "hour" are two different nouns:

How much time do you have?

How many hours do you spend studying English?

  • good video I learn thanks

  • en español! porfavor

  • @KARINALHAZE "THERE IS" AND "THERE ARE" ARE ONLY ONE VERB IN SPANISH (HABER). IN ENGLISH "THERE" IS CONSIDERED AN INTRODUCTORY ADVERB AND AN ADVERB OF TIME BUT WHEN IT IS USED WITH THE VERB TO BE FORMS THE MEANING OF THE VERB IN SPANISH. WHEN YOU HAVE THIS TYPE OF SENTENCE, THE REST AFTER THE VERB IS THE SUBJECT OF THE SENTENCE.

  • Hi Paul; I´m an English teacher in México. I´d like to know what parts of speech are There is, and there are and how can i use them in passive voice. Your lessons have been very helpful to me. Congratulations. Jorge

  • I thought the Subject was implied as YOU in questions, or am i confusing that with commands?
