TLoZ: Ocarina of Time - Part 40 - "Spirit Temple 3/3 [Old Link] / Spirit Medallion"

Leave this room and make a
right, head through the door at the top of the stairs into the next room.

Approach the gate on the left and strike the crystal with your sword through
the gate. Head through the door across from you and in the next room, you'll
be attacked by a lizard monster. Once you defeat it go the other side of
the room and defeat the floating skulls. Turn the mirror so that it's facing
90 degrees in the other direction toward the weird lump in the wall. Blow up
the rock lump with a bomb and head through. Defeat the next lizard monster
and turn this mirror as well to face the large one in the other room, now head
back there. Stand in the shining light and aim your Mirror Shield up toward
the west wall where the sun emblem is to lower the platform in the middle.
You'll find yourself back in the main room again with light shining down on
your head. Use the Mirror Shield to reflect it toward the face of the large
statue and when it breaks off, Longshot to the gate across from you.

Through the boss door it's not quite time to fight the true boss yet, first
you must take on another Iron Knuckle. Not just any Iron Knuckle, a larger,
faster stronger, mostly the same version of the Iron Knuckle. Basically you
won't notice too much difference, just that it takes more hits to kill.

The true bosses are the Sorceress Sisters Twinrova. To begin the fight
simply climb up onto the centre platform and walk to the middle. They fly
around on their broomsticks, one of fire element, one of ice element. Each of
them only have one attack, a powerful ice beam or a powerful fire beam.
Fortunately both attacks can be deflected using your Mirror Shield, in fact
you will be counting on that. In order to defeat the bosses what you have to
do is deflect the beam of one boss and aim it at another boss. The beam is
constant so you'll be able to swing it around for a couple seconds in hope of
hitting the other boss. Use L/Z targeting to make sure you are looking
straight at the boss firing the attack, it's harder to deflect on an angle.
Each of them must take two or three hits before the second phase begins.

Both bosses meld together and form on single boss now. This one isn't too
much more difficult than the last one. How it works is the boss fires either
fire or ice projectiles at you, and once again you have to block them with
your shield. The difference is that this time they aren't reflected, but
rather absorbed. You need to absorb three of the same elements in a row and
then that will fire off a blast at the boss and knock her down. For example
if she fires ice, then ice, then ice, block all three of them and you'll fire
an ice blast. If she fires ice, fire, ice, ice, block the first ice, but
dodge the fire attack and block the next two ice attacks. You can also absorb
three fire attacks in a row, the point is that they must be the same. After
knocking her out of the sky, jump to the platform and begin swinging your
sword and using jump attacks. With the Biggoron's Sword you should only have
to knock her out two times before she dies. Here's a tip for the best way to
win the fight, hold down the L/Z targeting button and the R button. When she
launches an attack, if it's the one you want then block it, if not don't let
go of the buttons, just hold left or right and tap A to jump to the side.
Defeating the boss nets you the last HEART CONTAINER after the scene, then as usual
you will be brought to see the sages and be given the SPIRIT MEDALLION.
