Use the Mail (beta) blue link to setup your personal email with the Wise Agent using a POP3 server (same way you would link it to Outlook). Now you will be able to view all of your emails (including attachments) without ever leaving the Wise Agent. You can choose to save the email to the a client's Contact Notes section, and if there is an attachment it will automatically save it to the Saved Files section of their Client Summary page towards the bottom.
Add Email Account
1. From the Home Page click on the Mail (beta) blue link in the blue box section above the Call List
2. Click on the Add New (blue link), fill out the account name, incoming mail (POP) URL, user name and click on the Save button
View Email
1. From the Home Page click on the Mail (beta) blue link in the blue box section above the Call List
2. Click on the Open Inbox (blue link) for the account you want to see, type in the password, and press Submit.
