@1971SuperLead I browsed the concrobium website. There's a lot of documentation. My understanding is that you can't remove mold with it, so if you want to make stains go away, it's not for you. But it supposedly can eliminate mold *activity* on a surface. The idea is to encapsulate existing mold in a tightly bound coating that destroys all of the existing spores and prevents them from spreading. Or, so their website claims. They do have test data to corroborate the claimed efficacy.

Looks like a airless sprayer would work better.

This is about prevention and not removal. Instructions on how to use this product to remove mold seem rather vague.
