Dr. Fagelman Assault Receptionist Delita Menaces Gives Finger Violently Punches Me in Eye

Help make this YouTube viral to shame Dr. Fagelman, Delita Hooks and NYPD that fixed this violent crime at 155 Spring Spring St. FYI not fired or arrested! Thanks to all those witnessing the beginning of this violent assault which required me getting eye surgery. Delita Hooks made a hole in my retina. 7 months later we just found out there is now permanent damage -- scar tissue. I also have damage to my cervical spine.

Delita Hooks is the Jodi Arias of medical reception desks in NYC; a violent liar who is getting away with everything except murder re: this violent assault continuing to blame me. There is no reason to hit a patient ever. She yelled at me I had no rights but she is the one who had no right to abuse my patient rights and my body.

I held my bags and my iphone, my arm numb from a medical procedure as this crazy violent liar attacked me treating me like her personal pinata. She could have closed the door not that she should have gotten between me in the door; Delita Hooks a truly bully blaming me.

Dr Fagelman did not fire Hooks who first irrationally verbally berated/verbal assaulted me standing up yelling at me behind the receptionist desk, a long closed off counter, than menaced me coming out behind the desk following me and got between me and the exit to violently give me the finger forcing me to walk by her as I exited! Delita Hooks unprofessional behavior violated my patient rights as well my physical space. I wasn't the first to feel upset with treatment; read Yelp reviews.

She provoked me giving me the finger again to document her rude, violent, unprofessional abuses because she was and still is clueless she did anything wrong!

Instead of closing the door she violently assaulted me damaging my eye which need laser surgery to repair a hole in my retina and she damaged my neck further than it was. I felt beautiful and happy that day and had $430 medical procedure care by Dr Vine who with her partner vacated the premises 2 weeks after the violent assault that damaged my eye and neck.


Hooks violated my body, hit me repeatedly punching, grabbing my hair ripping it out of head, ripped out my earring but not the lobe and kicked me from the ground refusing to let go of my hair. After the 3rd attack to my body I took her down to the floor as gently as possible let go immediately get away from violent maniac. It was like roid rage or road rage...crazy rage. She would not let go of my hair pulling me and kicking.

Thanks again to all who have told me they have told me they sorry vs Dr. Fagelman Delita Hooks no apology; a patient using 2 sock puppet accounts attempting to blame me.

These are patient's rights. #3 a safe environment -- when she stood up berating me telling me I had no rights, menaced me getting out from behind the counter, when she stood at the door waiting for me giving me the finger she violated my rights which is when I finally decided to turn on video & document. She than almost blinded me running at me punching me in the eye as hard as she could making a hole in my retina which untreated turns in to a detached retina vision loss.

Corrupt cops involved who took her false complaint -- another serious crime NEVER called me to interview me. My corrupt detective never went to the office. Oct. 16 he too berated me, threatened me, verbal abused me because I refused to drop the assault charges as he yelled me YOU ARE GOING TO DROP THOSE CHARGES ! The story is worse than that and I reported him, Sgt Chen and DI Ed Winski to CCRB and added Lt. Angelo Burgos to Internal Affairs complaint. IA complaint is far more serious involving the false complaint and all involved having me turned away when I came in Nov. 20th to report Delita Hooks filed a false complaint after Sgt. Chen although very rude and awful said come in to report it file a complaint.

A retired NYPD capt. told me turning me away was egregious.

Too date Delita Hooks does not think she has done anything wrong. Dr. Vine confronted Dr. Fagelman immediately and demanded he fire Delita Hooks. He refused. Interesting huh.

Shocking she is such a liar and so violent and went right back to her desk and worked her shift when she should have been fired. She is still sitting there lying, blaming me the victim and it appears even asking patients to come here and harass me.

Dr. F a sick evil little man in my opinion but I can't help but also wonder if he and Delita Hooks have some special NYPD friends? Read up on NYPD Marino and other cops getting busted for their special friendship w/MD in Staten Island.

FYI: Delita Hooks is a cunningly violent liar who can turn on the charm button when she is not berating patients, or savagely attacking them and than the day after for some reason she is confident she can walk in to the First Precinct and commit yet another crime filing a false cross complaint. The NYPD did fix it for her. She is 40 and at age 50 she plans on being the next coco channel.

Month 8 is approaching and IAB appears to have little integrity so far because I was coerced against my will to drop charges or wait 4 days until Sat Oct 20 with severe eye injury and neck. Almost 8 months since NYPD fixed thus violent crime for Delita Hooks Dr Fagelman's receptionist. Hey, ficksuck1, you're out of line, Mr. I'm Latino. And I'm here to tell you that a lot of Latinos and blacks commit more crimes in their own hood, just like the five point gang { whites } did in the 19th Century and beginning of the 20Century. Makes it bad for the average good citizens, be they white, Latino, black and what have you. There's racism in all ethic groups. Sad to say, but it's the truth.
