Yeah, the Yachtsman is a Great hotel to stay at. My parents have had a timeshare there since 1988, since i was 7, been going to Myrtle....always will go too. I remember when the Pavilion was down the street, standing on Pier 14, and seeing the Rainbow ride going up & over some of those mainstreet buildings. Nothing but memories now. :( But, on the bright side, looking forwards to seeing that new SkyWheel Ferris Wheel new for this summer.

@001GenLee yeah i know what you mean. i went every summer for like 5 or 6 years but i can't now because of college :0( it's sad but im sure ill definitely be going soon. my boyfriend and his family are going next year i think... idk if it's at the same area or not though but im looking forward to it!

ive never gone fishing there but ive walked out while people were fishing. its fun to watch them lol i could probably stay out there all night i love it there its simply amazing :0)

@cassie444 I usually go there every year ..we have a time share..but i'm going up with some friends not staying there..a little bumed..but i'm sure it'll be great!

theres a week in august where almost everyone in my school goes there..... of course, i didnt go this year cuz of the financial problems...

i miss myrtle beach..........

good news is that im going next year!
