Suicides at Makapuu and Scioto River

Back on the island and I brought back a special treat for you my loyal viewers. We start in Oahu on the eastside then jump in the hyperspace time machine, to go back in time to Ol' Ohio, for some river surfing and extra fun. This one runs about 9 minutes, so pop the popcorn or what ever you like to pop and sit back and enjoy the show.

I totally know about that maui wave on the olentangy.

In the 80's some cat started a "Surf Olentangy" Shirt. It was quite popular. Next time I'm in Ohio maybe we go cruz and shoot it.

i'm just the opposite, bro. grew up on the islands (ex sandys rat) and move here in ohio. now scioto is my backyard. so what does an old school desparate sponger do? well, for one look for surf around here. well, lo and behold, there was one. called Maui Wave in Olentangy. needless to say, waxed that board and hit the surf! keep the stoke, brah...
