Wow!! Ben Stein is 100% right about this one. Texas seems to have become a Nazi state. So much for all their talk about freedom and democracy.

except for the fact that warren jeffs had sex with hundreds of girls as young as 14. I see why they would do the raid, but warren jeffs is in prison so the children should be returned to their mothers.

Truely, they should remove the men, and let the women and children know what the world is like, and how to make their own choices.

Those teenage girls who were pregnant or had babies lied about who the fathers were, from what I understand.

First of all, those men can't be prosecuted for polygamy because they don't really marry any woman except the first one. The others are "spiritual" marriages, not legal ones.

Second, they can't get any evidence because the men are too smart to leave it laying around, and the women and children are scared s***less to say anything, even if they know anything. The young girls lie about their conditions, and the boys that are left don't know anything except to shut up or get kicked out.

Why was he introduced as "comedian" Ben Stein. I believe that was done to make it seem like he was just joking or doing satire and we are not supposed to take his comments seriously. His most recent job was producing a documentary movie. So he should have been introduced as Documentary Film Producer Ben Stein.
