wow for some reason this puts me at ease and makes my head tingle i have never tried meditation but i am seriously thinking about buying this.

i know how to lucid dream.....however im a noob to this meditation stuff.... is it natural to have closed eye visuals with meditation?

the 30 min version is better for this goal - but this is the best i can do for youtube.

i figured it was somthing of that nature!

i have a very short demo for these- but way to short so i am reuploading longer demos for people to enjoy.

when i was interested in brainwave work i hated finding demos for like 1 min- so before people buy my work i want to make sure they know if they like it or not...hence the longer demos.
