This is a home made twin that I remember seeing in Milan '97 EuroLambretta. There were a few home made twins there, including a 90º V-twin in a cutdown frame. Looked like it was made in the late 60s or early 70's. I think Vitorrio Tessera has the only known Innocenti twin prototype SX200 scooter. The Targa Twin is based on the official drawings and prototypes, but brought a bit more up to date.

never heard about a twin cilinder Lamretta? according to me they where allo mono cilinder 2 stroke

the targa twin is built to the same drawings what lambretta used when they made this. just before they went bust, thanks to fiat and the car they made which was the same price as an SX. the twin was going to cost more than the car. hence no sales in Italy ! ! lambretta bust !
