It doesn't even remotely sound like him. Basically these are a bunch of people who know nothing about Dylan but who like to think they're cool by doing this sketch. Instead they just end up looking like what they are: some guys who aren't funny and don't get him.

i dont get it. he doesn't mumble. if anything, he does the opposite of mumbling, and pronounces his words TOO harshly.
