Sign a petition to Governor Rick Perry and the State of Texas to acknowledge that the fire in the Cameron Todd Willingham case was not arson, therefore no crime was committed and on February 17, 2004, Texas executed an innocent man.
Motive for a crime is like Criminal Laws 101. Perry, the "defense" attorney, nobody has mentioned a motive. That is the very first thing that should be stated.

I haven't heard one person mention a motive? His defense attorney and Perry keep saying that he set the fire even though 9 arson experts say the fire was not deliberately set but they give no reason for WHY he set the fire. And the clip in one of the other videos about this case shows Willingham sitting on the back of an ambulance after the fire and he looks like someone who is grieving over this. He doesn't look like some "monster", as Perry called him, who has no feelings for his daughters.

Bill White is an evil, geriatric, drooling, baby headed, loon that has a love affair with the illegal alien cop killers, child rapists, home burglars, and intoxicated manslaughterers across Texas. And he's from that beanhole h e l l, San Antonio, so he wants to overrun Texas with as many Mexicans as possible. If this isn't what you want from your Texas Governor I'd suggest you VOTE RICK PERRY FOR TEXAS GOVERNOR TODAY!

10/05/10 - CNN reports today that a judge to review conviction in Texas arson-murder case however Rick Perry the gov issued statement that His then-wife has told reporters that he admitted his guilt to her while on death row. Also his conviction was reviewed & upheld by multiple levels of Texas state courts and 9 Federal courts including four times by the U.S. Supreme Court.
I hope with all of my being that the truth comes out and if found innocent they prosecute without restraint.

"THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN POLITICAL PROPAGANDA FOR THE ANTI-DEATH PENALTY ACTIVIST"
Wrong, this isn't propaganda, the latest forensic report PROVES that the so-called "evidenced" used to convict Willingham was, in fact, junk science.
"Our country is not going to kill an innocent man on purpose."
Considering how unfairly applied the death penalty is, I wouldn't put it past them to knowingly and maliciously kill an innocent man.

"what would you say if those were your babies that were burned alive? Would you still want to protect the person who killed them ?"
No, but I wouldn't want someone innocent to take the fall for it just so I can feel better about myself. It doesn't matter if it went before the supreme court four times if the evidence is faulty... If they would have let it go before court again with these new reports, the verdict might have come out different.

You are missing the point. It doesn't matter if it's on purpose or on accident, it should have never happened.
