Airsoldieruk may have not have said it the right way. But from as soon as you enter the motorway at the start of the movie you never go into the left hand lane at all. Even when a corsa overtakes you on right hand lane and goes across from right hand to left hand lane you still persist to stay in the middle. Puzzles me as to why people do this? is left hand lane out of bounds or soemthing?

This is because the average road speed was 80mph in the middle lane and people driving in the left lane were going slower!!!! I.e. 70mph, so driving in the middle lane was correct in this situation!

If you don't like my answer and you feel I'm wrong then I'm glad I've annoyed you as it was my first intention.

@Maine181000 Trucks are nor limited to 56 on m ways, they are limited to 60, but they are (normally) governed to 56. on A roads they are limited to 40 & on dual carriageways to 50. Middle lane hogging is bloody annoying & also illegal. You could be fined & endorsed for not driving with due care & attention.

Middle lane hoggers. The most selfish motorway users in Britain. Other European countries don't seem to have this problem. People there overtake and get back in as soon as possible. Why are British people so bad at this? I oftem find myself doing 65 in the inside lane then come across one of these nutters doing 60 in the middle. Surely the three-lane manoeuvre I have to do to get round them and back in is a hint?  you'd think so but no.

@kjstars UK road rules state that you must always align to the left on a motorway. It is illegal to pass on the left of a car on a UK motorway, thus sitting in the middle lane creates a bottleneck for passing cars.
