Allowing #4 to move into the body as the hips fire delays the release of all the Accumulators to create maximum angular speeds of the hips. Because the club lags further, the brain will start to instinctively stabilize to catch up the pieces. Just as your hips stabilize when you throw a ball. If they keep going there will be no direction or power. This slight "bouncing" off the chest creates more of the blasting off the ribcage feel described by Homer in TGM. .

I agree.....if you watched this series of videos you will not find me advocating anything but stabilizing the lower body for delivery....
