i think everyones situation is unique. divorce does affect teens but not in clean-cut ways. i also would just like to add that teenagers arent children and can think for themselves. divorces is hard and forces teens to grow up faster then other people. but everyone is different, you cant define exactly how someone will be affected by divorce.

well no matter how much it hurts the parents the kids are always the most hurt. At first i wanted my mom to get a divorce and then when it happened to me it hit sooo hard and i still kick myself for wanting it to happen
