I am apprehensive to use blue liners because i have been told thats a big no for my skin tone and dark hair color. I am close to your skin tone and I would like to see how you use it, maybe I will step out of my black, brown, green and purple eye liner world!

@cristy12anderson I need to start doing some tutorials. IDK why I'm so nervous to do them =/ I used teal/blue a lot last Summer and I loved it. I would always get a lot of compliments on my eye makeup when I did. If you're already trying out greens and purples I say go for it! =)
