I have just read all your comments, and I could not believe them: could CBS do something of that kind? They can keep on with ugly, boring serials for years, and they cancel the best law-based serial ever? Power, sometime, may cause some 'lack of balance'........

@JesterDalaforDasey Jester, I tried a similar tactic when CBS canceled The Bradys back in 1990 - a friend and I wrote several letters to the network, and no, they never even replied. I was so upset because I was a fan of that show. And I always found it strange that CBS could do reunions of The Waltons and The Mary Tyler Moore Show, but not Judging Amy, Northern Exposure, and countless others?

One of the best shows in a long while and it was unfairly canceled without warning. I wrote several letters to CBS when it was canceled but they didn't even the deceny to reply. To make matters worse, CBS is arguing with Fox over the rights as to who gets the money from the DVDs. Meanwhile, we are deprived of this excellent program. Thank goodness Amy Brenneman is on "Private Practice".

Thank you, I couldn't have said it any better. Apparently, CBS also passed on a Judging Amy movie to tie up loose ends that Amy Brenneman pitched to the network after they pulled the plug on the show. It's such a shame that such a brilliant show was canceled.
