how do you download stereo sound from youtube? does it work by adding the &fmt=18 and downloading the mp4 of it from keepvid?

i use realplayer to view them then i use Youtube downloader to convert them.

When you have the FLV file, you can just use an online converter. YouConvertIt works great. Also, if you use it to convert it to different video formats, it doesn't lose quality.
I used to use Media Convert, but I found that there were blocks in the video that didn't stay in sync with the video or w/e

I think it's b/c the "Download Video" option from Real Player was created before any version of Firefox 3 was released. The coding/programming/structure/w
/e of Firefox 3 differs from Firefox 2, so Real Player's "Download Video" program/application doesn't know how to work with Firefox 3. You can either wait for Real Player to launch an update, download from Internet Explorer, or use another program in the meantime. I suggest a Firefox 3 add-on that can download the videos.
