Since I tried (and blogged about) the diva cup people have been asking me how you insert a menstrual cup. This is quick video that shows you how a menstrual cup is inserted. The diva cup is much like the Soft Cup, Moon Cup, Lady Cup, Femmecup, and Miacup. They all work the same way. I show you how you fold it and insert it into your vagina.

If you want to know how to remove a menstrual cup I made a video about that too.

  • what if it goes to far up, and you can't get it out :i???

  • @TheJuicysaturday we're just not made that way. The cervix is only a little ways up and it's sort of like a dead end before you hit your uterus. The only time your cervix is really open is when you're having a baby. Even when you're menstruating there's just the tiniest bit of space.

  • this looks wayyy too hard to use. especially if ur a virgin

  • @MacSpot4Ever it may be something to use when you're a little older. Most of my friends that love it are moms and when you have a baby you get to know your body pretty well.

  • @fordruleskiasux porn? are you kidding me? lmao. if it was porn you'd be seeing a vagina right on the screen. btw, youtube needs you to confirm that your 18 years old if its porn. they never asked that did they?

  • @fordruleskiasux NO! This is an alternative to tampons and pads. It's girl stuff. I guess you're a guy, so I bet you wouldn't understand.

  • @noisees because tampons and pads contain tons of toxins that are bad for your body and can cause whole bunch of discharges/diseases. Also, the cup is not disposable so its much better for environment and you save whole bunch of money. :)

  • they have cups made for girls with smaller vaginia's.

  • Why to use this ?!

  • @alienkittens it probably wouldn't be that full but if it was than it still wouldn't come out the holes (it's a weird science thing)

  • Why doesn't the menses come out the holes on the side?

  • C FOR CERVIX!

I just ordered my Ladycup today!
