Jaco Pastorius unreleased "Birdland" Weather Report live 1978

Wayne Shorter introduces the band at the end of video. Credits from Peter: "My father Dr. Fred Erskine shot the Washington and Reading, PA videos of WR (1978). The sound came direct from the front-of-house mix board, engineered by Brian Risner, and my dad was using an old RCA video camera (at least one of those shows without a tripod), a heavy beast of a thing."

Where in Reading? On 3-13-2004 I saw Peter Graves conduct the JP Big Band at the Lincoln Plaza Hotel Ballroom, Berks Jazz Fest held in Reading. Bassists were Victor Wooten, Gerald Veasley, Jeff Carswell. It would be cool if this was the same venue as this video. Carswell played Havona but left out that cool riff...you know, the ascending sixteenths from B on E string to high D on G string.
