SOOOOOO...

Before trying this video make sure to:
1. Stretch
2. Have water handy
3. GO AT YOUR OWN PACE!! (The only reason I did it this fast was to fit in a full circuit workout as fast as possible).
4. Go through the motions first and make sure you are doing it right before you focus on x of reps or you may hurt yourself or rob yourself of a proper workout.
5. Have fun and be patient with yourself.

Circuit Breakdown
--------------------------
Back & Forth's - 15 seconds

Staggered Stance Pushups - 5 reps

Side to Sides - 15 seconds

Bridges - 15 reps

4 Square (Clockwise) - 15 seconds

Russian Twist - 10 reps

4 Square (Counter-Clockwise) - 15 seconds

Star Side Plank - 15 seconds per side

1:00 rest then Repeat
Record Sets Completed
BEAT IT NEXT TIME!!!!

  • @SamDomTV That is the whole point, to work up a sweat... common bud work through it, and switch to a cup cake, smaller dosages xD

  • Can that Russian twist also be preformed with the help of a dumbbell or a medicine ball? Or is that targeting on the wrong muscle group instead of the one the exercise focuses on?
