I like to think, I like to have mastery, self direction...but I like to think that material rewards are in it as well. I think some management types take these theories and research and use them in a detrimental way. People see through the fancy titles for ordinary jobs and the pep talks that stand in for paying people better and having adequate benefits. Maslow already came up with the hierarchy of needs and what leads to self actualization.

It's really disappointing that a video like this didn't grab the attention of youtubers. It kinda show's how much more important a mainstream music video or a sneezing panda is than something important like this.
