U.S. Senator Patty Murray's proven record of fighting for veterans is on display in her first ad of 2010. In the spot, Washington state veterans offer their support for Murray's work to keep our nation's promise to our service members, veterans and their families.

"As the daughter of a disabled veteran, I know firsthand the service and sacrifice of our veterans and their families. This is very personal to me. Our veterans and their families deserve more than just promises, they deserve the care, benefits and services they have earned," said Patty Murray. "I have been proud to get up every day and fight for our veterans and families across our state. I want to continue helping people and solving problems."

Multiple Veterans:

Her dad was a disabled veteran.

She asked to be on the Veterans Committee.

Patty Murray passed the New GI Bill.

So I could go to college.

She improved medical care for military families.

And increased military pay.

Senator Murray stopped the VA from closing three hospitals.

She got new vet clinics.

And expanded veterans services all across the state.

Patty Murray has never forgotten us vets.

Patty may not be the best but do you really think Dino will be better? I used to reside in Washington but I still keep up to date with this and I must say I would much rather have Patty Murray in the senate than an anti-woman pig(Dino Rossi).

I am a disabled Vet too (and a WOMAN) and I can say that I am not voting for a person who is so willing to ignore the Constitution. She voted for EVERY SINGLE BAILOUT..and where did that get us? She voted for the health insurance bill and ignored what her constituents say..along with her staff being rude and stating that they do not have the time to answer my questions! I don't like Dino, but I have sat by and watched Patty help destroy these USA..even voted for Patty twice and I have had enough

Thats wierd. Patty Murray and her cohorts spent our country $13 TRILLION in debt with multiple government programs and left over 20 Million Americans out of work. What is her first ad? She never forgot the Vets. Apparently a person in this video would not have gone to college if it wasn't for Patty. Wow, way to face up to your record Murray.
