She leaves behind her husband, Dominic Carriera; 3 sons, Eric Harrelson, Guy Harrelson, and Deshae Carriera; and Sister Jay Bee Felton.
Rest in peace mom. Your suffering is finally over. I love you so much and will always miss you.
To all who have gone before, welcome my momma, the only woman I have ever loved, to her new home.

I've been listening to alot of old songs (60's, 70's, 80's) today. So many memories attached to each of them. I wish I could pick up the phone and say "Hi Mom. Remember when..."

Part 2

I always knew that it would be a sad time when she passed, but I had no idea how deep the sorrow would be and the flood of memories, emotions, and regrets of not spending more time with her and letting her know how much I loved her. It is such sage advice, when people say appreciate the time you have with your loved ones because time is fleeting, and you can't take back the regrets. My advice, try your damnedest for there not to be any regrets.

Yes, there is a flood of memories, Eric.

She was a devoted mother. It's sad how we could screw up so bad yet expect nothing less than perfection from her. She was there for us no matter what.

Neither of us will ever experience that kind of love again.

I'm so thankful to Mon for all of the great times her and Dad provided us. Mom really did the best she could holding us...and everything else...together during the most dark and difficult events. I wish I had shared with Mom my appreciation for those times. Knowing now...just how draining it must have been for her. I know Mom had her ways, but who doesn't, right? I love and miss her, kudos Mom!

It was so easy to use every perceived excuse to avoid what truely mattered, but oh so regrettable.

@guy41465 Guy, so true. The tide of emotions in those six words is so vast and manifold. I think of Mom every day...the special moments and the way I wish I...

Everytime I watch this beautiful sentiment of love, I can't stop coming to same feelings of what should have been. I miss Mom too.
