    Thanks, and you're right, you always get a pleasant surprise when working with Damascus steel.

  • I wish you could show the detail, from that distance you shoot them they do not look like they have the Damascus layers. Great effort you put on those knives though. post more work like that. ( show detail).

    There are 448 layers in these blades.

    I've since dropped my layer count to 336.

    That bottom knife is what's called a drop point.

    I put a walnut handle on it, and gave it to my son for Xmas.

  • really great videos. wish i had stuck to this rite outa school. forging was the best part of my day in school. what do you call the bottom knife? i really like that one?

I am of Argentine, here also very good knives are done, I collect the same ones. But to be able to buy a knife that I saw since was done, serious unpayable!!! I congratulate you again!
