Nice demo, but pretty useless, you never tell the purpose of the demonstration or show the resulting product or what its used for. You'd have had just as much interest if you were at Orange Julius making a smoothy

Would a ultraonic cleaning bath work as they seem to run at about 45KHz? Ive heard that the transducer would overheat though.

sometimes all that is needed is time,
but heat and pressure are kinda nice to.

looks exactly like transesterification to me
sorry dude didn't see the light, maybe you stared at yours for to long and got some retinal damage. maybe you should see a shrink. yep, its good old fashioned ultrasonic transesterification

Looks exactly the same as our "Sonoluminescence" Experiment when I was in 3rd Year Physics. The cylindrical tube is actually the horn of the Transducer (produces sound waves).
With Biodiesel, frequency is not a critical factor I think. With Sonoluminescence, me & my Lab partner were able to produce a "bluish" light (within the water/solution)at around 27,350 Hz, with Temperature at 10 degree-Celsius.
We also managed to produce 4 "bluish" light at one time, and it stays for around 30 minuts
