Bravo! I'm a local, 2 hours away from Cinci, and I think you did us justice. I always hit up a Skyline anytime I'm in town. I'm a 5 way guy. I love it fully loaded. Gotta drown your spaghetti in it. In my opinion, I think it's the odd combo of spices that sets it apart from other chilis. Cocoa is a key player. It gives it it's color and distinct flavor. Alot of folks are caught off guard when they learn that cocoa is in the recipe. Great video. Thumbs up. Thanks for sharing. Take care.
