Senior Design Project LogDAT (8) plane fully assembled and working

We are students at UCF working on our senior design project. Our group consist of Winston James (EE), Brian Lichtman (CpE), Shaun Mosley (CpE), and John (Tony) Torres (CpE).

The project is to make a sensor array for an RC plane and get in flight data. The project is sponsored by L3 Communications.

Here again we are showing our plane. It's just not exciting to record a PCB program running or an application running. So at this point the plane is ready to fly. whether it survives the flight is still up for debate (as of 11/28/2011). We will have a video of the plane flying when it happens. We have laced the servo motors thought to the front of the plane and connected them all to the antenna. did some mixing on our controller to make it all work right and had the motor connected at the same time. We were also told by a hobbyist that our propeller was backwards. when we turned that around the plane seems to have 3 to 4 times more force. Guessing we haven't actually measured them both. This is the first video that you can see me as well. Shaun still remains an ambiguous left hand from a few videos ago.
