Vyn updated his Rugal recently, hurray! I like most of the changes, although no more EX cancelling to supers kind of sucks. Dx

I'm still getting used to how this Rugal functions, so I'm taking it easy and calling up M. Bison/Vega by P.o.t.S. as a sparring partner. :P

Needs more combos and less of a single move into super

@ReggieKelly I'd like to, but from what I remember, this Rugal was very restrictive about combos/chaining, so much so that the author didn't even allow light -> med -> strong chaining for basic punches/kicks. The most "technically" demanding combo I can recall involves self-chaining his Beads Destructor into its EX version before activating a super (among other things). :x
