If they try to take my land like this, I'll not only irradiate my land, but their land as well.

Zoning is a socialist idea.The Constitution gives us our property rights.Property rights are not for a democracy to decide.A group of other people do not get to determine your best use of your property.If they control its use,you have lost your property rights.

my beef is who determines 'just'
last case i heard of was seisure for a dam,
turns out public servants valued the farms ;
turns out the farm bought by 'public servants ''[insider trading] were valued couble that seized from farmers
just us or just them get just terms?
