my god...chang was *incredible*, much younger than mcenroe, just kept moving...it shows that even past his prime, mcenroe's genius with his volley was still untouchable. just...wow.

Sharapova should be that quick!.. she would barely lose a match..

@Csibon13 And what does that have to do with this point? It was the only Grand Slam event Chang ever won in his entire career. I think McEnroe ended up winning seven.
-
@gargarensi You must be American. It sounds like Chang to me, it's just his accent.

@Amokrane1986 Harder to this during Chang's day as well. The much faster surfaces, greater number of excellent serve and volley players, and racquets and strings that didn't allow you to flick your forearm and get huge power off of it, meant Chang was working super hard.

@sasook Chang was always playing this way. He was a fighter and he was often running from left to right and right to left. He wasn't playing like Nadal though, he had his own style (very original).
-
I wasn't even born when these guys were playing, but was Chang sort of like "yesterday's Nadal" or does it just look like that on this particular point?

0:36 The commentators seem to think his name is Mikhail Chung...
