Terraria Speedrun - Night's Edge Hardcore - (4) - The Dungeon

This is my first successful, recorded hardcore-only speedrun. The goal being to acquire as fast as possible Terraria's most powerful sword: The Night's Edge (http://terraria.wikia.com/wiki/Night%27s_Edge). Doing this requires traveling all across a Terraria world to find each of the four ingredients to craft one:

* A Light's Bane sword (Corruption/Bosses).
* A Muramasa (Dungeon).
* A Fiery Greatsword (The Underworld AKA Hell).
* A Blade of Grass (The Underground Jungle).

I did this run without memorizing the map or using 3rd party tools or cheats (including exiting to evade death). My final time is 03:27:46 (which I've greatly condensed in the videos). I may try a later run with a memorized map, though.

which is greater? half an hour or 2 hearts and shield? i think u could had done it easily with demon bow without shield or those hearts... but yeah ur way better than i am and just trying to give feedback :D

@Separiiii I could have done it easier in a ton of ways. I overestimated hell and the jungle quite a bit.

Only thing yuo did wrong: You need to plant seeds in pots, the ground does not work (Dont ask...)

@yugi876 Eye of Cthulhu. If you fight the EoW without having fought EoC, he summons himself soon after.

well i usually play in mediumcore and get sometimes frustrated when dying so cant even think about dying in hardcore chars :D... but yeah you should definitely do more these speedruns, they're great!
