Pastor Tony Smith: What is "Jesus" Real Name???

This clip does answer the question but most of the focus will be on "Is it wrong to use the name 'Jesus' " & a bit of the history of why we use the name Jesus.

I know most of you viewers watch some of these black Hebrew Israelites who claim that its wrong to use the name "Jesus" & then they give you what they say is Jesus name, which usually changes from group to group (Yahshua, Yahawashi, Yashayah, etc...) based off of their knowledge of the hebrew language.

But, you will see that they really don't know what they are talking about. Not saying they're stupid, but just making a Huge mistake. You see most of them just use a "Strong's Greek & Hebrew Concordance" WHICH IS NOT ENOUGH. The names they come up with are *Made-up, because they start off with a assumption of what they think will be the name or what should be in the name, & then they try & insert what they think ought to be the name.

Translate and Transliterate . Hebrew to English has to be transliterated....meaning matching sound for sound letter for letter. Not changed..... that is to translate. Error with statement about  Feast days...Feast of Tabernacles is Sukkot not Yom Kippur that is Day of Atonement. As always the teachers need to be taught.

I am sorry to ruin anyone's day but there is no text old books or anything linking Yeshua to jesus there is no proof except a few claims but no evidence. the dead sea scrolls the codex and a few others say Jesus real name was Eashoa' = Jesus, M'sheekha = the anointed one

not christ or god or messiah and no it does not mean these things either its pretty direct. Eashoa has a "i" sound in front sorry the Muslims might be right.
