That big guy is so lucky. :) Find a better wife. :) Do not know now what ocean university doing? It has long history and did some innovations for seafood productions there. Also build and Ocean park which is great and museums. I just love them.:) Previously not so much sea pets there. Now is better show off. Why not Chinese government also allow immigrants and let people want live there and study there for free access for some better days they live? No need fighting anymore. They can do business

Politics in China always a myth to me, they all have to graduate from the communist politics university to be able to become leaders there. Educated by Maoism theory which I do not understand. :)
