@ersemola You can use this pedal and max out the compression. Or you can get the MXR Custom Comp and max that one out too. The MXR one will give you a more squashed effect than this one. Both pedals are expensive, but they're worth it.

i modded my CS-3 with the monte allums opto plus mod and couldnt be happier. it really did make a huge difference, highly recommend it

I am looking for a pedal that will act more as a sustain than a compressor with out changing the volume. I want to be able to hold a bend for ever. Do you know of any pedal like that.

i need help: i play guitar with my right hand very very soft.. i would like to know if a compressor, can raise this my sofr toch, if the note plaied very soft will play with more volume without to see too many difference between the notes plaied soft and the notes plaied more hard.

Sorry GMD , but i have yet to find a compressor sounds good after dirt boxes . i have this comp . and it sounds 10 times better 1st in the chain .

I'm diggin the new camera angle. I've been thinking thinking about getting rid of my BOSS cs-3, it just sounds squishy, but in a bad way. Not subtle enough. The only way I can get any kind of sustain boost causes it to sound horrible and overly squashy bad.
Can someone recommend me a good compressor for not that much money? Or should I get by CS-3 modded?
