ok first start by blending the tone between the baritone and the clarinets, that was so aweful, and i can count how many times ive heard bands speed up at B, the chant needs work, alot of it

The flutes are out of tune, i think they should cut down players.
The whole song sounds draggy too. The band is actually quite big, it can sound better than this. Jiayou !

Your trumpert's sounded a little werid & its because their are pointing the horns towards the floor so what the audience is realy hearding is the sound that's being bounced off the floor. You have to put your trumpet above your stand.
