If I heard right, one of the steam locomotives in Tennessee used to be in Logansport, IN (my hometown)

Am I correct that the Etowah to Ducktown is diesel only though?

I wish the Blue Ridge Scenic RR would put in a turntable or wye so some steam could run all the way down...

A Chattanooga to Blue Ridge run would be a great ride by steam...

I think the only other problem, and the biggest one that money really can't solve is CSX/NS allowing a steam engine on their trackage.

i wont be riding until fall in november they have a new excursion you might like too its rail to raft goes from etowah,tn to ducktown ,tn tickets are $90 let the museum know if your interested
