I'm confused...I thought B12 had to be administered in the muscle?

CONT...... I want to keep it pure as possible so please tell me is there any harm in doing my B-12 seperately? & if so how much B-12 would i inject daily? Would I use the same amount as the Hcg 150? I love the video! Why was a large amount used? The shelf life for Hcg is only a max of anywhere between 26-30 days for it to be actively potent & what if we are doing the 43-46 day cycle @ 7000 IU's & 150 would we still use your 6cc of B-12? & wont adding B-12 to Hcg just be adding another dillutant to the Hcg making it not as effective?
