dj sniff aka Takuro Mizuta Lippit, turntable musician and curator, walks us through his rig and playing technique, following an extended improvisation. Combining controllers and custom software for sampling built in Max/MSP, he transforms the turntable into a digital meta-instrument.
Filmed in the basement of STEIM, the electro-acoustic research center in Amsterdam, NL.
