  • Jesus Christ, that is like the John Deere of float planes!

  • @heinrich97

I'm a huge Muskie and Pike fisherman and I dream of having the ability to fly in and out of Canada someday. guess I'll need to focus on a raise if I want to have the luxury of being in this plane :) I love the capacity it has too, seems I could stow the kitchen sink and also have a pilot and a few humans with me.

  • @iRECKONER Well, I don't sell those things but yeah... some 100.000s more or less... A cool plane, no question, but expensive to buy and operate. Good for a business where it is actually needed though. But for private use... I don't know :)

  • @heinrich97

is that the cost ? HA wow the cost of aircraft AMAZE me. I recently got a sub to "Flying" magazine and the specs and cost of them are very interesting. I'm a big Railroad guy and it's insane the cost of a plane in this video is the same as the cost of the most advanced 4400 horse power locomotive. HA if I had to choose I'd go with the locomotive but of coarse I'm a train guy :)

  • @iRECKONER Do you have two million dollars?

  • Does the Caravan still retain its single pilot IFR certification with that upgrade state side?

  • @iRECKONER Cessna 208 Caravan on floats

  • what is the make / model of that plane! I WANT ONE!!!!!

  • @iRECKONER I've seen them in 8 to 12 passenger configurations (not including pilot/copilot). As a cargo plane, they carry up to around 850 kgs (1900 lbs). But that's the standard 675 hp version. Don't know what this 1000 hp model will do!

  • Guy was LIGHT !
