Hello, and welcome to the2012Fad.com.
I am your host for the evening, Charlie Bluehawk.
Last night, we talked about "Man and Woman vs. The Coward" and how the coward is the single worse creature among us. How the coward will deliberately, and with malice of for thought, destroy everything that we would build, just because it is afraid.
Tonight I thought we would chat about The Village.
We get more and more letters now, and I frankly am having a hard time keeping up, so please bear with me. These 20 hour days are catching up with me, and I frankly don't know how much longer I can go at this pace.
But until things start to move, I see no alternative.
We received a letter from a gentleman asking us if we were "serious?"
I do not know this man, I do not know whether he is a real investor, with real intentions, or just another coward looking to knock down what someone else is trying to build.
Doesn't matter.
I have been having these kind of conversation for four decades, so today I will answer a question, and then frankly just forget I ever had the conversation. Takes me about five minutes. It's a self defense mechanism, after you have heard the sheer countless number of lies I have heard, from coward and idiots who are just bent on wasting time, causing trouble, creating chaos (why? They just attention) you have to have an "off" button somewhere.
Anyway, this fellow asks if we are serious, and I wrote him back, "yes, yes we are." I posted an episode about it earlier on this -- you can check our archives under "2011-01-27 - Where does my money go?"
And so, the Letter:
Hello,
We are deadly serious, I am sad to say.
We established a corporation in New Zealand in 2004 with the idea that the South Island (the home of the Southern Alps) would be ideal for construction of "Technology Village."
After several years it became apparent that neither New Zealand nor Australia would survive The Event.
We have since relocated our operation to Prague, Czech Republic. It seems that Central Europe has survived The Event several times, and we have now determined that the city of Prague is an excellent base of operations, and that the nearby mountains (elevation 5,000') will be the home of "Technology Village".
Technology Village is designed to be a sustainable, "above organic" working farm, as well as an eco-tourism destination resort, with Conference Center, Hotel, Restaurant, Nightclub, galleria of shops, hiking, skiing, horseback riding, etc. All the traditional tourist trappings.
We will run "The Village" in this manner, as a for-profit venture for as long as possible, all the while setting up for the long haul which will follow The Event. Which means vacuum powered electrical generators, HEPA filters (against radioactive particles and GM spores), full spectrum lighting systems, high oxygen atmosphere, high magnetic fields, eletromedicine clinic, ozone therapy, while preserving heirloom plants and livestock.
When it becomes apparent that it is "time", we will shut our doors, keeping our people safe, keeping everyone else out, and surviving The Event.
In order to save as many good people (and our investors, of course) as possible, we will actively search the world for the best, the brightest, and (for lack of a better word) the "good". We will hire the best craftsman and tradesmen we can find (farmers, butchers, weavers, jewelers, technicians, mechanics, etc.), in order to save their lives, their knowledge, and their skills, as well as to give them a future.
