@Akennerson - I felt the same way at the beginning of season 3, but realized I was making an unfair comparison (beginning of season 3 vs. end of season 2). The groups get so much better during the season that it's hard to remember how average they sound (in all seasons) at the beginning. Definitely give a few songs a listen (top two for me were Love Lockdown" by Pentatonix and the Queen medley by the Dartmouth Aires). Doesn't quite match up to this, but they made the hair on my arms stand up.
