This gym doesn't have a standard e-z curl bar so it's a 30 lb Ivanko bar that's a little longer than a normal e-z. Bar + 45s + 2.5s
Not as strict of form as I usually use, but my arms have been growing a lot in the past 2-3 months so I will have to play it by ear. Maybe because the negatives are heavier? Not sure. For now if it's workin' don't change it.
